All Australian education ministers have agreed that schools will move to NAPLAN Online by 2021.
The Australian Curriculum Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA) has responsibility for the central management of NAPLAN and is leading the transition to
NAPLAN Online throughout the nation.
In Queensland, the Department of Education (DoE), Independent Schools Queensland (ISQ) and the Queensland Catholic Education Commission (QCEC) are working together with the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA) to support Queensland schools to transition to NAPLAN Online by 2020.
The QCAA are responsible for the administration of NAPLAN and NAPLAN Online in Queensland. Their team provides training, resources and a help desk service for all Queensland schools.
